It has been a tough 2 months, one of hardest I have ever faced.
I am pleased to announce release of redesign of SunSaturn.com!
I worked so hard on this project, I was up nearly 12-18 hours a day at times working along side some of the most talented webdesigners/programmers I have ever worked with in Canada. I rewrote billing system completely myself, we now accept credit cards on our site!
Billing system was the most complicated programming task I ever had to do, it was very complicated math, database calls, and integration into sunsaturn itself. I think I even lost a girlfriend in the process of what a stressful and time consuming project that was! This new system will make life so much easier for everyone, point and click to pay for things now!
Sunsaturn is all mostly programmed by myself, I envisioned a unique experience where we could do anything we wanted for client base, not just slap CPANEL on a website and call yourself a webhosting company. We are much more than that, in fact we offer things even CPANEL doesn’t in login area, and our interface is alot faster, easier to get things done quickly and more secure as well.
I would like to thank you the clients, who have supported us throughout the redesign and been patient with me. I even got to know a few of you really well and am appreciative of that, even if you were only complaining about invoicing system and making sure I got that done right 🙂
I started SunSaturn webhosting nearly 8-9 months ago, and put a lot of time into it, I am glad everyone is happy with it. I have been programming and working with Unix systems for over 15 years now, and have supported fortune 500 companies in that time with 100% uptime on million hit a day websites. I currently only work on sunsaturn and occasionally teach programming at the local university. I remember using the first ever linux release of slackware 3.0 and installing windows 3.1 from floppy disks back in the early 1990’s, we have come a long way since then!
We have new people working for the company, and established alot of great relationships with people, in fact by Christmas we should be right in line to compete directly with godaddy.com and all the multimillion dollar companies!
Darcy, the new CEO of the company has been doing great work on marketing side, without him I would never of met half of you.
I know we can grow SunSaturn into a multi-million dollar company, and rest assured when that happens, I will never forget those of you that helped us and supported us getting there!
Without any further delay here is new redesign of the site:
